When both teams have something to play for, we know there’s going to be a great match on the cards, and currently could be a greater prize than qualification to the last 16 of the World Cup!?

Well, that’s on the cards today for both Croatia and Belgium as both teams require the win to guarantee that qualification spot.

Croatia smashed Canada in their last outing and will be hoping to bring some of that form with them today. A win for Croatia will ensure they go through to the knockout stages, but they can also be helped by the other match in the group; if Morocco lose, they are still in with a chance regardless of whether they manage a win or draw today.

Belgium must secure a victory, so we know what to expect. With their strength in midfield and attack, which so far in this tournament has yet to find its true form, then they could manage to overturn Croatia. They’ve been the surprise of the tournament so far, Belgium, but could today be the day they realise where they are!
